Waypoint Website Redesign
I led the coordination of a full-scale redesign of Waypoint’s outdated, difficult-to-navigate website—overseeing the project from strategy through launch. Acting as the bridge between external consultants handling technical development and internal program directors and staff, I managed competing priorities to ensure the site was user-friendly and mission-aligned. Beyond design and content strategy, I drove the change management process: communicating updates, providing guidance, and helping staff adapt smoothly to the new platform. The result was a modern, accessible website that reflected Waypoint’s brand while making it easier for families, donors, and partners to find the resources they need.
